TIBCO is a provider of infrastructure software for companies to manage information, decisions, processes and applications.
Role: Worked closely with Product Manager, Engineering and GUI Developers.
Product Responsibilities: Business Works Manager.
Design Functions: Synthesized requirements from architects, engineers and PM; developed personas through interviews and research; developed concepts and evolved designs through schematics and meetings; documented requirements as they were established. No formal requirement documentation was provided by the team. Final design was based on the Twitter Bootstrap library to be developed with JQuery and AngularJS.

Role: As UID Lead worked with Product Management, Project Management, Content Writers, Visual Designers, and Web Developers.
Product Responsibilities: Password Strength Checker—iteration and design of new component version for mini layouts.
Extended Security Initiative projects—involving an array of features and functions to improve online security.
Resolution Center—redesign to support new payments methods, partner integration, and create case platform.
Merchant CE2 CRM—creation of new service for customer relationship management for SMB.

Role: Sole UXD for three product managers and eight engineers.

Usability functions: contextual enquiry, paper prototype testing.
Special Project: Designed collaboration tool independent of the application. Gathered requirements and evolved three designs. Tested engineer generated protoypes. Following testing oversaw development of final coding and implementation.
